I work with people who are sensitive, thoughtful, and often deeply aware - but benefit from a safe, held space to relax, soften, and be themselves.
My approach is grounded in Presence, simplicity and allowing what is already here to unfold without effort.
I host free, public Releasing calls on Thursdays. These are open spaces to experience Releasing in a gentle compassionate way - with no obligation to attend regularly or to take the work further.
You are welcome to come once, return often, or simply listen. Nothing is required of you.

There’s nothing you need to explain or get right. We begin where you are — as you are — and we take our time.
Often that means gently noticing what feels disturbing, unsettling, or difficult right now, and allowing the system to work through enough for something clearer to emerge. There’s no pressure to go anywhere in particular, and nothing needs to be forced.
I don’t work from scripts or focus on techniques. I listen closely — to you and to your lived experience, and to what shifts when there’s a little more space. From there, the work flows naturally. Sometimes that looks like talking, sometimes silence, and sometimes very small adjustments that create a surprising sense of ease or openness.
The aim isn’t to fix yourself or push yourself in a particular direction. It’s about being recognised clearly, without pressure, and allowing movement or change to arise in its own way.
We work together — at a pace your system can trust.
